Problem solving for Interiors with Jill Marie O’Brien, CPDT-KA, NACSW Co-Founder
Date: Sunday, January 10
Location: Trading Post Lodge, Hale Reservation, 80 Carby Street, Westwood, MA
Cost: $70 per team
Limit: 10 working spots per class
NW1 from 9:00 – 11:00 am
NW2/NW3 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm
NW2/NW3 from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
During this 2-hour class, you will have a chance to work with your dog on interior searches and receive feedback from Jill Marie. Her focus is identifying intent in the dog and helping the handler make better calls. We may also work on some hide placement challenges. Our setting is a beautiful lodge with kitchen and fireplace, and parking right across the road.
Please be aware that Hale Reservation is open to the public during the winter, and we usually encounter a few off leash dogs coming down the main road that runs between the parking lot and the lodge. So far it has not been a problem, and people have complied with putting their dogs on leash when we ask them.
Due to expected high demand for these classes, we will do a random draw for working spots. Limited to one spot per handler per day. You may enter as many dogs as you like in the draw. Any dogs not selected in the draw will be put on the wait list.
- Online registration will open on Dec. 26, 2015 and the draw will be conducted on Jan. 1, 2016.
- You will be notified via email by Jan. 2, 2016 if you received a working spot.
- We will do a single draw for the two NW2/NW3 classes, and then do our best to place the draw winners in their desired time slot.
- Those who do not receive a spot will be placed on the wait list.
Entries are currently closed. Draw will be conducted 1/1/16.
Payments can be made via check or credit card (via PayPal). You will receive payment instructions if selected in the draw.
